Riobet Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistani Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and Riobet ("we", "us", "the platform") in relation to your access to and use of the Riobet website at riobet.ws, including all games, sportsbook features, promotions, payment services, and any other functionality offered on the platform.

Riobet operates under a valid international online gaming licence. The platform is designed and optimised for players in Pakistan and all financial transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). By accessing riobet.ws from Pakistan you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and at your own discretion.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, conditions, or terms that apply to particular games, promotions, or bonus offers on Riobet. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion or game, the specific terms shall take precedence for that specific matter only.

To create and use a Riobet account you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Riobet does not permit access to players under 18 under any circumstances. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your age.
• You must be a natural person — not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of another party.
• You must be accessing the platform for personal entertainment only and not on behalf of a third party.
• You must not be a current employee of Riobet or any affiliated company, game provider, or payment processor.
• You must not be self-excluded from Riobet or any other gambling platform under a voluntary or mandatory exclusion order.
• You must genuinely be able to afford to place bets and accept the risk of losing deposited funds without it causing financial hardship.

Riobet reserves the right to close any account, withhold balances, and void any pending bets if it is determined that a player did not meet the eligibility criteria at the time of registration or at any subsequent point.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on Riobet. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different device IDs, or different payment methods — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering at Riobet you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, active mobile number (Pakistan), and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity conducted through your account. Riobet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication. Do not share your account credentials with any other person. Riobet will not be responsible for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.

• Accounts must be funded and used exclusively by the account holder — you may not place bets on behalf of, or receive funds for, another person.
• Account names cannot be changed after registration. Contact support at support@riobet.ws if there is a genuine error in your registered name.
• Riobet may require identity verification (CNIC copy or other acceptable document) before processing withdrawals, particularly for accounts with large balances or unusual activity patterns.

Riobet accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200
• Maximum deposit per transaction: Rs 5,00,000 (limits may vary by payment method and account tier)
• Processing time: Instant for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay. IBFT transfers may take up to 2 hours during business days.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Riobet does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — Riobet has no control over and no responsibility for third-party fees.

Riobet may request source-of-funds documentation for deposits exceeding Rs 5,00,000 in a single calendar month. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and is not specific to any player's conduct. Failure to provide documentation when requested may result in your account being restricted until the matter is resolved.

Riobet processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. Withdrawals are processed in PKR only.

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Typically processed within 10 minutes, 24/7
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically within 30 minutes during normal operating hours

Before your first withdrawal, Riobet may require basic identity verification — typically a clear photograph of your CNIC or valid Pakistani passport. This is a one-time process. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals are processed without additional documentation unless triggered by specific risk checks.

Riobet does not charge withdrawal fees. If a withdrawal is returned or declined by your bank or payment provider for any reason beyond Riobet's control, you may be asked to provide an alternative withdrawal method.

Riobet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion and to these general Terms. Players are responsible for reading bonus-specific terms before claiming any offer.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new players on their first deposit. Standard offer is 50% match bonus up to Rs 10,000. One welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry wagering requirements stated clearly in the promotion terms (typically 20×–35× the bonus amount). Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is completed.
• Wagering contribution: Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%. Slots contribute 100%. Live casino games may contribute between 10%–25%. Check specific promotion terms for exact rates.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period (typically 7–30 days from issue date) will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus offer can be active on your account at a time. Claiming a new bonus before completing an active one may result in the previous bonus being forfeited.
• Bonus abuse: Riobet monitors accounts for systematic bonus exploitation. Accounts found to be placing bets that exploit bonus terms without genuine gaming intent may have bonuses voided and winnings confiscated.

Riobet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated through your registered email address or the notification system on the platform.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on Riobet, including cricket, football, tennis, kabaddi, virtual sports, and all other markets available on the platform.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. Odds displayed before final confirmation are indicative and may change before the bet is placed.
• Minimum stake: Rs 50 per bet for standard markets. Rs 100 for in-play markets.
• Maximum stake: Varies by market, event, and account tier. Maximum payout per single bet is Rs 50,00,000. Riobet reserves the right to limit maximum stakes on specific markets at its discretion.
• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been accepted and confirmed by the Riobet system, except where Riobet's cash-out feature is available and selected by the player before the relevant event concludes.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void if the event is cancelled, postponed for more than 36 hours, or if there is a clear and verifiable system error in the odds (palpable error). Void bets are refunded to your balance in full.
• In-play betting: During live events, odds update in real time. Bets placed during obvious disruptions (power failures, player injuries visible on stream) may be reviewed and, in some circumstances, voided.
• Cricket-specific rules: For PSL, international T20s, Tests, and ODIs — match result bets require a minimum number of overs to be bowled for the result to stand (typically 5 overs in T20, 20 overs in ODI). Specific match rules are stated in the relevant market description.

The Riobet casino section — including slots, live dealer games, card games, fishing games, and all other titles — is governed by the following rules in addition to each game's individual rules displayed within the game interface.

• All RNG (Random Number Generator) games on Riobet use certified, independently audited algorithms. Results cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by the player or by Riobet.
• Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers in real time. The result of any live dealer game round is final once confirmed by the dealer and the live system. No retrospective complaints about individual round results will be entertained.
• Minimum stake: Rs 10 for most casino games. Specific minimums are displayed in each game's lobby before you join.
• Fishing games and arcade-style casino games operate on the same RNG certification standard as slots and table games.
• In the event of a game malfunction — disconnection, system error, or incomplete round — Riobet's standard policy is to void the affected round and refund the stake. If a game round was completed before the malfunction, the result stands.
• Playing strategies that exploit game mechanics beyond their intended function — including but not limited to exploiting software bugs or errors in the displayed rules — are prohibited and may result in account closure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Riobet platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Underage gambling: Attempting to use Riobet when under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one account for any purpose, including but not limited to claiming multiple welcome bonuses.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate the outcome of a casino game or exploit a bonus in a coordinated manner.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund an account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider for legitimate transactions. Riobet will dispute all chargebacks and reserve the right to close the account and pursue recovery of funds through legal channels.
• Money laundering: Using Riobet to deposit, circulate, or withdraw proceeds of illegal activity. Riobet complies with all applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to relevant financial authorities.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically placing bets across multiple platforms to exploit pricing differences for guaranteed profit at Riobet's expense.
• Software interference: Using bots, automated betting software, screen scraping tools, or any automated system that interacts with the Riobet platform in a way not intended by normal gameplay.

Players may close their Riobet account at any time by contacting support at support@riobet.ws. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (less any non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method via your preferred withdrawal option. Account closure does not affect any outstanding bets already placed — these will be settled according to normal rules.

Riobet may close or suspend an account — with or without prior notice — if:

• The account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Riobet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, collusion, or prohibited conduct.
• The account holder has failed to complete required identity verification within a stated timeframe.
• The account is inactive (no login and no transaction) for a consecutive period of 24 months. Riobet will contact you by email before applying inactivity closure.

If an account is closed by Riobet for cause (Terms violation), any pending balance may be withheld pending investigation. Riobet will communicate the reason for closure by email within 5 business days.

Riobet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at riobet.ws/privacy-policy. By creating a Riobet account you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

The personal information Riobet collects includes registration details, payment information, betting history, device identifiers, and communication records. This information is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify identity, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Riobet does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers who assist in operating the platform (payment processors, game providers, KYC verification services) and only under contractual data protection obligations. Riobet uses industry-standard encryption for all stored and transmitted personal and financial data.

Riobet is committed to responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help players stay in control of their gambling activity. All tools are accessible through your account settings or by contacting support.

Riobet's liability to any player in connection with use of the platform is limited to the balance of real money held in that player's account at the time of the claim. Riobet will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of anticipated winnings, loss of profit, or reputational harm arising from use of the platform or any temporary unavailability of the service.

• Riobet is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect bet placement by the player.
• Riobet is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Riobet is not responsible for tax obligations that may arise in the player's jurisdiction from gambling winnings. It is your responsibility to comply with any applicable tax laws.

Riobet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from the date stated on the updated Terms page. We will notify you of material changes by email to your registered address at least 7 days before the changes come into force.

If you continue to use the Riobet platform after the effective date of any change to these Terms, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not accept any change, you must close your account before the effective date of that change. Your account balance will be returned to you in full on closure.
